Feel like yourself again.

Whole-person support for women who want real answers and a plan that fits their body.

On paper you’re fine.
In your body, you’re not.

You’re exhausted all day, then wired at bedtime. You wake at 3 a.m. Your belly bloats. Your joints ache. Your skin flares. You lose words mid-sentence and snap at the people you love.

Your labs come back “normal,” but you don’t feel like yourself. You’ve tried appointments, supplements, and doing all the “right” things. You’re still piecing it together on your own.

You want someone to listen to the whole story and help you see how it all connects.

A place to start listening

I work with women navigating poor sleep, digestive discomfort, low energy, mood changes, skin concerns, and aching joints, often during major life changes. You may have one persistent concern or several that seem unrelated. We’ll take the time to look at the fuller picture.

Why work with me

Finally,
someone who
sees all of you.

You’ve been to the appointments. One person looks at your sleep, another at your gut, another at your mood. But you’re the one living with all of it, and you’re tired of feeling unseen and unheard.

I listen to your whole story, because what you carry emotionally can show up in your body too. Drawing on Ayurveda and intuitive readings, I look at your body, mind, emotions, and spirit together, help you see how the pieces may connect, and create a written plan with practical steps for your life.

I stay with you as you put it into practice, adjusting the plan together and bringing in other practitioners when their expertise would help. Keep the doctors you trust. I’ll be a steady guide who helps you hold the whole picture.

Living Protocol · $497
The Living Protocol is a personalized wellness plan designed around your body, your symptoms, and the life you’re actually living.
We start by getting to know you—how you’ve been feeling, the symptoms that keep showing up, your natural mind-body type, and the rhythms of your everyday life.
Then I bring the pieces together through Ayurveda and an Intuitive Somatic Reading to understand where you may be out of balance and what could help you feel more like yourself again.
You’ll receive a clear, written plan with practical recommendations for food, movement, sleep, breathwork, daily routines, and other supportive practices—plus referrals to trusted practitioners when additional support would be valuable.
And because your needs aren’t static, neither is your plan. We check in, see what’s working, and adjust as your body and life change.
Intuitive Somatic Reading · 45 minutes · $147
Sometimes there’s more to know than what we can access through thinking alone. An Intuitive Somatic Reading creates space for what’s beneath the surface to come through.
We begin with a guided meditation, settling into a calm, open space together. From there, I tune into you intuitively, moving through the body’s energy centers and sharing what comes through: images, sensations, words, emotions, or messages that feel important for you to receive.
What emerges is different for everyone. It may bring attention to an emotional pattern, something you’ve been carrying, a relationship or experience, a source of joy, or something entirely unexpected. I don’t direct the reading toward a predetermined answer; I share what comes through and we explore together how it resonates with your life.
Then we ground it in the practical. Drawing from Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and somatic practices, I’ll help you find a few simple ways to work with what surfaced, so you leave with the insights from your reading and practical ways to bring them into your life.
Free Clarity Call · 15 minutes
Not sure where to start? That’s what this call is for.
Tell me what’s been going on and what you’ve already tried. I’ll listen, share how I work, and together we’ll find the next step that feels right for you. It’s simply a real conversation, at your pace.

Meet Charishma
A few years ago, everything seemed to happen at once. Changes to my relationship, my home, and my work left me carrying more responsibility and uncertainty than I knew how to hold. Then my health changed, too. I moved between appointments and specialists, grateful for their care, but each visit focused on only one part of what I was experiencing.
Alongside medical care, I began exploring other forms of support: acupuncture, yoga nidra, somatic movement, massage, and daily practices that helped me slow down and listen. Ayurveda gave me a way to notice patterns and understand how different parts of my life might be connected.
I didn’t need another disconnected piece of advice. I needed help bringing the pieces together.
I’m a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, trained over two years and 600 hours at Shakti School, and a 200-hour certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher (Samyama). I bring that foundation, my training in intuitive and medical intuitive readings, and supportive practices to our work together. I listen to your full story, help you explore how things may connect, and create a practical plan you can live with. When another practitioner’s expertise is needed, I help you see how that care fits into the bigger picture.
Little by little, you come back to yourself. That’s what ‘give yourself butterflies’ means to me: falling in love with yourself again, starting with how you care for your body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
