YOUR BODY KEEPS THE STORY
Your body holds what your mind hasn't named yet.
A tight jaw. A knot in your stomach. A heaviness you can't explain. Sometimes it's food or sleep. Sometimes it's a season of your life you never had time to feel.
I help you notice what your body is holding, understand what it may mean for you, and decide what to do next. Gently, at your pace, alongside the care you already have.
Intuitive Somatic Reading
A guided session to hear what your body is holding, understand what it means for your life, and leave with clear next steps.
How it works
  1. Settle. A short guided meditation quiets the mind so we can listen.
  2. The scan. I move through your body and energy and share the sensations, stored emotions or blocked passions that come through.
  3. Make sense of it. Together we look at what it may mean for your life right now.
  4. Take it home. A few clear steps that fit you: somatic movement, breathwork, time in nature, Ayurveda.
It may be for you if
  • Body: your sleep, digestion, energy or skin feel off, and your tests say you're fine
  • Mind: your thoughts won't settle, or you can't make the decision in front of you
  • Heart: you're carrying grief, anger or worry you haven't had room to feel
  • Life: you're in a big change, or carrying more than your share
  • Spirit: you've lost your spark, your creativity or your sense of self
  • Growth: you're focused on your growth and want to know what's holding you back from where you want to go
  • Curious: nothing is wrong, you're just curious what your body is still carrying
  • And: you want someone to see the whole picture and give you simple steps you can actually follow
